How do you match tradespeople to my job?
Each member details there trade, capabilities, skills, qualifications and experience during registration. We also ask them how far from home they are willing to work, their required level of pay and other vital details. This information is matched with the information you submit during job posting.
What if I don’t want to use any of the applicants?
Don’t worry you are not obliged to use anyone from our network. As soon as your job posting reaches its closing date it will simply go into your account history.
How many tradespeople will contact me?
First of all this depends on the number of matches to your job criteria. During the job posting process you are able to stipulate how many applications you want.
How will I be contacted?
No one will contact you directly. Those who match your job criteria can only apply. As soon as you choose someone who you believe is suitable for the job both you and the worker will receive each other’s contact details. All other communication can be done via messaging on our site.
Will my contact details be posted on the internet?
Your contact details are invisible on the internet and will only be sent to the people you choose to do work for you.
