User Agreement
Welcome
to Multiwork (UK) Limited (www.multiwork.co.uk).
Please read this User Agreement carefully, because by visiting or using the Multiwork
website, you agree to be legally bound by and comply with its terms. If you do not
agree to comply with this User Agreement, you are not authorized to use the Multiwork
website.
We may
revise this User Agreement from time to time, so please check this webpage each
time you visit the Multiwork site. If you continue to use the Multiwork site after
we post the change, this means you have agreed to the new terms.
Privacy Policy
Please
review our Privacy Policy, which is part
of this User Agreement and describes how Multiwork handles any personal data collected
from registered users on this site.
Using and abusing Multiwork
Multiwork
works extremely hard to ensure the site is working properly at all times and our
users are safe. Should you feel that there is a breach of policy, users creating
problems or that there is use of offensive content on the site please report this
to us at webmaster@multiwork.co.uk.
Unless
you are over the age of 18 and able to form a legally binding contract for the services
we provide, you will not be able to register on
www.multiwork.co.uk.
Whilst
using this site you agree to:

Abide by the laws and policies of the site;
þ
Use our pre payment method for services or goods
obtained from the site;
þ
Adhere to any laws that protect copyright, trade
mark or other rights of third parties;
þ
List job postings in the appropriate categories
or areas on the site;
þ
Carry out works that you commit yourself to when
accepting a job posting;
þ
Pay the costs listed in any job posting you may
upload, unless the worker does not complete the works satisfactorily;
þ
Describe all works in a honest manner and provide
as much detail as is reasonably applicable;
þ
Pay for the services you select to use and do
so using the Multiwork Top Up system of
pre payment.
Without
limitation, we may issue warnings, suspend, terminate or limit our services and
your account(s), restrict your access to, and your activities on, the site (including,
without limitation, the cancellation of job postings, job acceptances and removing
listings and other hosted content), warn the Multiwork Community not to trade with you and/or take technical and legal steps
to stop you from using the site if:
ý
You manipulate the feedback and rating system;
ý
You post, list or upload false, inaccurate, misleading
or defamatory content (including any personal information);
ý
You collect information about our users, including
email addresses, without their express consent;
ý
Despite our reasonable endeavors, we are unable
to authenticate or verify any information you provide to us;
ý
We think you are acting unreasonably or inconsistently
and not in the spirit of this User Agreement and our other policies;
ý
You earn a feedback score of -2; or
ý
We think you are causing problems for us, our
users or any member of staff or exposing us or another Multiwork member to financial
loss or legal liabilities.
Multiwork Fees
Fees are
charged for the services we provide, such as job posting. Prior
to selecting a chargeable service you have the option to view and accept the fees
that you will be charged by visiting our Fees Policy.
We may
choose to change our fees from time to time. Changes to the
Fees Policy will only come into effect 21 days after we have notified
you by email or via a posting on our
Notice Board.
From time
to time we may change fees temporarily for promotions. These changes will be in
effect as and when the promotions are available on our site. Once the promotion
is complete the promotions will be removed from the site and the standard fees will
be effective again.
All fees
are payable in GB pounds sterling (£). All fees are to be paid using the Multiwork Top Up system of pre payment.

Disputes
If you
have a dispute with one or more users, you release Multiwork (our partners, members,
agents and/or employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual or consequential)
of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected
with such disputes.
Disputes
arising from negative feedback can be resolved and/or corrected by following simple
procedures in our Feedback Policy.
Member Information Use
Using the
Multiwork website allows you access to personal and financial information of individuals
and companies. As we cannot guarantee all users will respect the privacy or security
of your information we ask that you evaluate and assess the feedback of your trading
partners before entering into agreements with them and sharing your personal data.
We ask that you respect our Privacy
Policy
and allow any user to be removed from your database should they request and the
opportunity for them to review the information held on record or collected about
them.
SPAM or Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE)
“Spam”
is unsolicited email messages including commercial email, bulk email and junk email
sent to individuals who have not given their consent to receive such messages, who
have not requested information contained in such messages and who have no prior
professional or personal relationship with the sender. Spam also includes Usenet
message board messages, which are unrelated to the topic of discussion of the particular
news group or message board.
Multiwork
does not permit the harvesting or collection of usernames or email addresses from
the Multiwork site (www.multiwork.co.uk)
for the purpose of sending unsolicited email. Any such action constitutes a violation
of Multiwork’s policy and will not be tolerated.
Multiwork
reserves the right to take all legal and technical steps available to prevent unsolicited
bulk email or other unauthorized email from entering, utilizing or remaining within
the service. Such action may include, without limitation, the use of filters or
other network devices, immediate termination of the service, and prosecution of
offenders through criminal or civil proceedings.
Governing Law
This User
Agreement is governed by the laws of
England
and
Wales
. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts and waive
any objection to such forum.
Compensation
Any losses
or costs incurred by Multiwork arising from any breach of this User Agreement by
you will be compensated in full by you. You agree to use this site in accordance
with the terms and conditions set out in this User Agreement.
Partnerships
No partnership,
agency, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is
intended or created by this User Agreement.
Termination
We reserve
the right to suspend the Multiwork website (www.multiwork.co.uk)
or terminate this User Agreement at any time without notice for any reason, including,
in the case of the User Agreement, for your violation of any of its provisions.
The Governing Law section of this User Agreement and The
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
section of this site shall survive any such termination.
