Multiwork Feedback
Feedback is the most important part of the
Multiwork Community. It helps members
get to know one another and builds trust with their working partners. An honest
and common sense approach to the rating system benefits the whole of the
Multiwork Community. Trusted, honest and reliable members are rewarded with the
green light, assisting others to choose the best in their industry. Nothing
proves more advantageous to a Multiwork member than recommendations. The greater
the number of recommendations the more confident you can be in the individual
member.

Rating an Employer
How your score is calculated - The traffic light system
You will be asked to answer 4 questions regarding the employer's performance.
Each question is marked from 1 - 10. Once you have answered all 4 questions the
employer will have a score rating marked out of 100. The employers score is then
converted into our traffic light system. An average score is calculated by the
sum of all job ratings divided by the number of all jobs rated, as per the
example below.
| |
100 + 80 + 90 (3 ratings) |
= 90 (Average Score) |
= Green Light
