How it works!

1. Once you have registered go to the myjobs page, click on the 'Add New job Posting'button and fill in as much detail as possible. Tell us how much you want to pay, where the job is and the skills and qualifications needed.

2. Click search for skills (button located in the left hand menu) and our system will match your job and requirements to skills that match your criteria.


3. A list of workers will appear. Here you can view worker details and check which are the closest and also check feedback ratings of the workers.

	4. After the job has closed you will be able to choose your prefered applicant from the list, This will send an email to the worker saying they have been sucessful.

5. Once Complete your job will move into the Completed jobs section, ready for you to rate the choosen worker.

6. The last step is to rate the worker who worked for you. Remember the rating system helps you and others in the Multiwork Community sift out the cowboys so it is extremely important that you do rate everyone.
